School Introduction

Munster Technological University (MTU) is a newly established university in Ireland, formed in January 2021 through the merger of Cork Institute of Technology and Institute of Technology Tralee. The creation of MTU marks an important milestone in Ireland's higher education landscape, aiming to provide excellence in technical education and research opportunities to meet the ever-evolving demands of industry.

MTU’s faculty members come from a variety of industries and include many experienced scholars and professionals.
