Application Process

Step 1: Inquiry and Understanding
We welcome families to submit their application directly via the Newton’s Grove School admissions portal. When completing the application process, the following documents are required:

Basic information of the applicant
International student application documents
Two teacher recommendation letters
Passport copy
School transcripts
Final transcript from the previous school year
Most recent transcript for the current school year
Personal Statement (for applicants in grades 3 to 12)

For students applying for grades 9 to 12, the admissions team will arrange an online interview with a member of the student achievement counseling group.

Step 2: Application Process
Once the application documents are reviewed, an admission notification will be sent to the students who pass the review.

The admission criteria for Newton’s Grove School include academic qualifications, behavior, and the willingness of the student to self-develop.

Step 3: Admission and Payment
Once admitted, full payment for the school year’s tuition is required. After receiving the payment, the school will provide the admission letter for the student to apply for a Student Visa or Study Permit.

Before the student officially enrolls, the following documents must be received by the school:

Copy of the student's passport
Copy of the student's visa/Study Permit
Copy of vaccination record
Proof of health insurance
Legal guardian declaration
Host family’s name and address
