    Application Process

    1. Contact and Schedule a Visit
      We recommend you first schedule a visit through the "Contact Us" page on the school’s website. During the visit, you will have the opportunity to meet with the executive director and learn about the school’s teaching philosophy and environment.

    2. Submit Application Form and Required Documents
      After the visit, you can request or download the application form from the school. The required documents include:

    • A copy of the student’s passport or birth certificate

    • Recent school transcripts

    • Personal Statement (for grades 3 to 12)

    • Two teacher recommendation letters (for international students)

    • Proof of medical insurance

    • Immunization records

    • Legal guardian statement

    • Host family name and address (if applicable)

    1. Interview and Assessment
      The school will arrange an online interview with members of the academic achievement support team, especially for students in grades 9 to 12. Additionally, all students applying for grades 5 to 12 must participate in the school’s entrance exam to assess math, reading comprehension, and English skills.

    2. Admission and Registration
      Once the review is complete, the school will notify you of the admission decision. If accepted, you will need to pay the registration fee to secure a spot in the program.
